Volunteers make it HAPPEN!

The Harvest Festival couldn't happen without great VOLUNTEERS! Enjoy the festival for FREE, and have FUN too! Volunteers must purchase a 4-day pass (see Ticket page), and if all required hours are completed your purchase price will be refunded at the end of the weekend. Your job will most likely be helping with the front gate, but some clean-up help may be needed too. Number of hours will be determined when we know how many people are volunteering, so get your friends to volunteer too - the more people, the less hours you work! Last year gate volunteers worked two 4-hour or 5-hour shifts.

Volunteers must attend an orientation meeting on Thursday, Sept. 9. You will receive your volunteer assignments, details about your job, and you can buy your ticket if you have not already done so.

Please note if you have volunteered at a previous festival, what day you'll be arriving, if you would like to be assigned to work with a friend, and any other info you think we need to know. We will confirm that you are signed up to volunteer, then you will be contacted sometime before the festival weekend with your job and time slot. Thanks!!
