2010 Festival Vending Information
Merchandise Vendors must email the Merchandise Vending Application to the Vending Coordinator at Brenda@TerrapinHillFarm.com. Do NOT send in the merchandise vending fee without contacting the Coordinator.
MERCHANDISE VENDORS Booth Vendor registration fee is $200Included in the $200 Booth Fee:
ONE 10’ X 10’ plot in the vending area
ONE 4-day pass
ONE vehicle pass to the vending area
Free camping behind or near your booth
Tickets must be purchased for all other adults. No exceptions. Children 14 and under are free. Additional vehicles will be charged a $5 parking fee. Camping near booth is limited to 1 camper or 2 tents.
Most vending spots allow space for more merchandise in front of a 10x10 canopy. Please note that any booths that are larger than 10’ wide will be charged an extra $200 on site if not paid for in advance. This is simply in fairness to those who purchase more than one vending pass for larger booths.
We are proud of the wonderful vending scene we have had in the past, full of variety, great merchandise, and friendly people! In order to keep the vending the best it can be and at a level that is beneficial to vendors and festival goers alike, we are asking for detailed descriptions and photos of booths if possible. We are especially interested in handmade arts and crafts, particularly from Kentucky and surrounding regions.
