AccessibilityTerrapin Hill Farm has rolling hills, creeks, fields, forests, etc... all the kinds of things you would expect to find in the central Kentucky countryside. While it makes a beautiful setting for events, we are aware that it may bring up some concerns for those who need assistance getting around. We strive to make the venue accessible to all, and we hope that the following descriptions are helpful.
- there is a small step (5-6") up to the deck behind the farmhouse; once on the deck there is access to the first floor of the house with no steps and there is a restroom on the first floor
- the surface of the venue is mostly mowed grass or gravel roads; the floor of the pavilion is poured concrete
- the Chapel is in a field with mowed grass and a short gravel entrance; vehicles are allowed to drive into the field if needed
- there is a fairly smooth, packed gravel road that runs between both stages, to the pavilion, showers, and through the vending area
- there are wheelchair accessible toilets in the main venue area (the back side has a ramp)
- there are hot showers that are wheelchair accessible
- there are plenty of level camping spots, and camping next to your vehicle is allowed in most places
- if you have special needs be sure to contact us to see how you can be accommodated.
