• All day access to the Farmhouse (private home) for wedding party preparations
• Choice of several beautiful ceremony sites with seating and rustic cedar arches
• Covered Pavilion for reception, with chairs, tables, and tablecloths
• Barnwood bar and drink trough, whiskey barrel tables in Pavilion
• Stage for DJ or band with ample electric power

WEEKEND WEDDING PACKAGE ~ $6400
- Use of venue from 9am Friday to 11am Sunday
- Up to 150 guests; additional guests $10 each
- Includes all accommodations and camping, plus a campfire that you can keep going as late as you like
Overnight ~ $1000 per night
If you want to spend more time with family and friends, think about spending one or more nights on the farm. You will have use of the farmhouse plus five cottages (total of 17 beds). Also includes tent camping, and RV hookups. Overnight stays for the couple only or smaller groups are also available at a discounted rate, please inquire for details.
Days before/after
$500 add day before the wedding 9am-9pm without staying overnight. Have extra time for decorating, a rehearsal, and rehearsal dinner on site.
$300 add day after until 6pm. Enjoy a day-after brunch, or just take the extra time to relax and clean up at your leisure. Ensures that no events are booked the day following your wedding day.

(no charge) use of rustic cedar arches or door frame with double doors that open
(no charge) setting up benches, tables and chairs, tablecloths
$100 ceremony officiant (includes assisting with rehearsal)
$700 day-of coordinator (help with planning+rehearsal, managing timelines, meeting vendors, ensuring things flow smoothly)
$100-200 extra assistance with setting up or putting away decor
$50-$200 assistance during reception (e.g. putting food away, cake cutting/serving)
$50 per additional campfire for rehearsal dinner or throughout the weekend
$100 hay ride tour of the farm - extra fun for your guests who are staying the weekend!
Rentals:
$1 each for silverware/glassware/china plates (includes setting out, bussing tables, washing and putting them away)
$5 each straw bales
$25 each bedding provided for cottages (if not bringing your own)
$125 any number of tablecloths if over 100 guests
let us provide your bagged ice - cost depends on number of guests and length of stay

Active military members/first responders take 10% off package price

Insurance is required and KY 6% sales tax will be added to the venue fee in accordance with Kentucky law

Elopement and Micro-Weddings with 40 or fewer guests may use the Farmhouse and outdoor sites year-round.
Tours are given year-round.

Literally perfection. We booked Terrapin for our wedding weekend. My husband’s groomsmen spent the night out there before the wedding, and everyone camped, brought RVs/campers, and/or slept in the farmhouse and bunk cabins after the wedding. Pete and Brenda were the most fabulous hosts, and were extremely accommodating and helpful every step of the way.
